There are a couple of ways to reset a z-wave device.
In most cases you will want to reset the device from within your controller as it will unpair the device and allow you to re-add it without any configuration issues later on.
To HARD (Factory) reset this device:
1. Ensure the device is powered (either by batteries or 5v USB)
2. Press and HOLD the main button button for 10 seconds and then release it.
3. The LED will light up for 5 seconds and then flash twice until reset process is completed (about 10 seconds)
