Hi,

Recently I purchased the "Aeon Labs / Aeotec Z-Wave Slimline Door / Window Sensor 6 (Gen5) ZW112" product from you which I intended to use on our aluminium bifold door. Since purchasing I've noticed it's not recommended for use on metal framed doors and I have experienced issues getting it to work correctly.Is there an alternative product you'd recommend for this use case?

Please help.
