This plate lets you bolt on to a Land Rover motor bellhousing
Then connect this plate back to other adaptor plates to make up connect to you electric motor
You start with bolting on to the factor holes that old motor was connected too.
This get the plate aligned and secure so can drill out the hole in center through your old bellhousing
Which then allows you to connect back on to other plates
And depending on what coupling you want you may need to remove beering seal and make that center hole larger
